Like many, I didn't grow up doing gymnastics and couldn't even touch my toes when I started training 5 years ago. I made countless mistakes each of which set my progress back by many months.The problem is nowadays there is too much information out there and what you need is for someone to bring it altogether and give you somewhere to start.This is why I have created the Handstand Accelerator classes to kick start you're journey with everything you need to succeed

I'm a beginner can I join?
Yes! This class is suitable for you even if you have zero handstand experience, and for anyone wanting to improve their 2 arms handstand.Why sign up for this classes?

Comfortable sports clothes, water bottle. Yoga mats and blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own.I can't make one of the dates but want to sign up to the full course
